General
Simply purchase your booking on our website. You will be sent a confirmation email. Your experience is valid for 3 months from purchase. Once your purchase is confirmed, you can use the schedule booking on our website to select a convenient date and time.
Of course! Simply purchase the experience and you will be sent an order confirmation. This order confirmation can then be sent to your recipient for them to schedue their visit. We also offer gift certificates and gift voucher delivery.
We do not have any dedicated parking, so please park responsibly.
No sorry, we don't have any wc facilities available to the public. So please come prepared!
Yes, all our instructors are DRB checked. These are available on request.
You are able to bring food and drink, however no food or drink is allowed in the actual simulator.

Restrictions
The minimum age to use the simulator is 8. Children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
The best person to answer this is the person flying; we do recommend that this is not suitable for anyone with photo sensitive epilepsy. If you are unsure then please contact us in advance.
Whilst we do not have any hard rules regarding this, the simulators are very tight and compact spaces.
Therefore we suggest that a minimum height of 4ft (participants will struggle to see out of the window below this height). Maximum height of 6ft 5in. Maximum weight of 22 stone.
Access to the simulator requires some physical dexterity, the cockpit is real size and a bit of a squeeze.
You should be able to lift both legs at least 1 to 2 feet off the floor without assistance.
Bookings
We selectively release dates in 3 month blocks into our booking system. We do this to maintain the simulator and apply any updates or fixes to the system. If the date you require is not showing then please check back at another time. If required then please contact and and we will see if we can assist.
We only have a limited amount of space therefore we ask that you only bring one other person with you. This person will be allowed into the simulator with you.
Please note that only one person will be able to fly the simulator and it cannot be shared between two people.
Once purchased your experience you have up to 3 months to redeem your session. If your experience has expired then it can be renewed for a small fee.
We operate by appointment only basis, however we can book appointments with as little as one hour notice. You can book in your session directly on our website once you have purchase your voucher.
Providing it is more than 24 hours before your booking, you can reschedule anytime. If your booking is less than 24 hours, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
There may be occasions where we might have to reschedule your booking due to technical issues that may arise within the simulator. We will reach out to you to discuss rebooking your experience.
Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booking request. Upon arrival your instructor may be in the simulator, so please be patient and we will greet you as soon as possible.
Once you book your experience, we will check the booking and you will receive an email confirming your booking. If there is an issue for the date and time selected, we shall contact you to advise on other dates and times convent to you.
Experience
No! You do not need any previous experience to fly in our flight simulator. We cater for all experience levels – whether you are a complete beginner who is in need of help every step of the process or a qualified pilot who simply wants to come and use the simulator.
Our simulator is a Boeing 737-800 NG replica. This means that everything about the cockpit and flight controls have been recreated to be as realistic as possible. Our simulator is a 1:1 replica of the real aircraft cockpit.
This depends on exactly what you would like to do. Some like to start the aircraft up while other's prefer to get on with the flying straight away. Each session is different. Prior to entrance into the simulator there will be a safety briefing video that you are required to watch which will take 10 minutes.
Yes, the simulator is equipped with VATSIM. Please note this may take additional time which would need to be factored into your experience.
Yes, just let us know when you book in or schedule your visit on our website
Yes. We provide headsets for the captain, first-officer and oserver.
Yes you can. We ask that you switch off the flash as this could distract those in the simulator. We provide a video experience package, so you can sit back and enjoy the flight with us and walk away with the moment on a USB stick.
If you headset has GA adapters, then yes you can bring your own!
Yes, we have n advanced instructor station and we can replicate any in-cockpit failure.
It sure does! The captain and first-officer has their own EFB.
Group Events
Yes we support group bookings and can offer discounts for parties of 5. Please contact us for more information
Gift Cards
Yes, you can purchase a gift card on our website. On confirmation of your gift-card the voucher code can be used to purchase an experience.
When purchasing your flight experience, simply enter your gift card details and pay the remaining amount.

Yes, we own our own printing company and provide a range of experience merchandise.
